Virtual Factory Plant is a computerized model which integrates three manufacturing components, namely,
Product, Process, Resource, in terms of virtual manufacturing.

Separation to plant model and Generic model
Plant model : a Model that actuates the virtual factory(devices) by the PLC output signals and send the updated signal to the PLC(input) changed by the virtual device movement
Graphic model : contains the 3D data of virtual devices in virtual factory. The graphic model operates by the PLC signals.
Dividing the Plant model and Graphic model makes possible to efficient signal transition and device operation, and to synchronization just like actual production line.

Simplification technology for display huge graphic model
Huge scaled graphic model of virtual plant is possible of efficient display by applying the Level of Detail(LOD), Mesh Simplification technique.
